I've sat in all day waiting for PAPRIKA (username) to pick up my hypo.

Due at 12 so i thought no point in going out until after - still not here.

I text twice and pm'd no answer.

I understamd things change but a simple PM would have been enough.


If theres a Genuine reason they couldn't come, like stranded in the middle of nowhere, with no mobile or laptop . . . .


then i fully apolagise (sp?)

I hate when people do that, it happened to me saturday, I have my ATB's advertised elsewhere, I recieved a txt asking to come and see them on the saturday morning, arranged for 10 am as I was supposed to be traveling to visit family and made the person fully aware of this and the fact that I was leaving later so that they coud come and see the snakes.

I then got ready to leave saturday morning and waited for the person to arrive at 10, at 10.15 I sent a txt to confirm that they were still coming, at 10:30 had heard nothing (maybe they did not get the txt) sent another reminding them that I was due to visit family and now late leaving and if they are not coming I would prefer if they just let me know asap, at 10:45 still nothing so I tried calling as maybe the txt's were not getting through, no answer, try again, still nothing, so by this time its about 11, so sent a txts saying I am now leaving sorry if there is a genuine reason, am happy to rearrange if that is the case, and heard nothing atall back.

People do not take into consideration the impact thier silly games have on people.

I was over 2 hours late getting to my family 1 hour I agreed to and 1 hour that I stupidly allowed for the person as I obviously have too much faith in people

this happened to me other day when selling a viv. said they'd be here 11am. i had 2 other people phone about it before then, i told them someone was collecting at 11. anyway 11 came and went 12, 1.....
so i thought i'll call the other lady tell her she can come and get it!
did so and they phone 5 mins later saying they just leaving...2.30pm!!
had to tell them they'd missed out on the 25 quid 4ft viv....
you should atleast send a little text/pm if your not going or going to be late! RUDE!

Its happened to me but the other way around...

I once turned up to a guys house to view some snakes 5 mins before the time we agreed on, and there was no answer... so we thought okay wait a min he may be busy doing something inside the house and cant get to the door straight off... after knocking again I gave the guy a call just incase he hadnt heard us knocking, and he said 'oh, as you didnt turn up BEFORE the time we agreed I went out' I mean come on Before?! considering we turned up at his house 5 mins before the agreed time, and he lived in a cul de sac and hadnt passed us in his bright orange car on our way towards his house then he must have left at least 10 mins before our appointment. He did have the decency to come back to the house 45mins later to let us in and show us the snakes... but we didnt get an apology some people can just be incredibly rude
