not surprised, it seems to take you a week to write one reply.

I read a lot and only post when I think there's something worth saying that hasn't already been said. I really do have things I enjoy much more than writing 4000 words essays that I won't gain anything from. I wrote and posted this report so that other people could benefit from it and your redundant nit-picking and insults show disrespect when you haven't even had the courtesy to read it properly like everyone else has.

you've spent time investigating him and if i remember rightly it was on a car forum?

my point is that regardless of whether it's the same person this originally started off about him mis-selling snakes and now it's on onto a personal attack on the person and any other businesses that he's running - legitimate or not. IF his Noah's Ark business is fully legit and he has all the correct paperwork, insurance etc etc then you could face slander and loss of business charges.. As T-Bo has already stated, he's had his access to all parts of the forum removed apart from Chat.
By all means, expose him as a fraud for his miss selling of snakes but Callum was dragged into it before he was cleared of being a part of it and a 'possibly' legitimate business is being dragged into it meaning loss of work / money etc. Not just for John but the people he employs as drivers who are more than likely innocent of anything except working for somebody who 'scams' people when selling snakes.

just the way i look at it is that if this was a shop being named and shamed the thread would have been edited due to possible legal action.
People should be named and shamed for what they've done wrong, if the courier company hasn't done anything wrong it shouldn't be brought into it. If it has then it's a seperate entity.

you'll notice a new thread just below this one that because of all the bad publicity he's just lost a sale and one of his drivers has possibly lost a wage.

No he doesn't. It's just that Meko likes to cause an argument anywhere he can get one fired up.

Fair enough.

But IF it was John who delivered the underweight royals sent via his courier company, by himself, pretending to be someone else (or even if he hid in the van while someone else knocked on the door and waited while they were weighed) then thats just cowardly and deceitful and would reflect on his business practise in general wouldn't it??

Also Noahs Ark is a sole trader entity - not a company so in effect John IS Noahs Ark and the other way round.

Because the person IS the company. It's all the same thing. If he can rip somebody off whilst selling snakes he can certainly do it whilst transporting their animals.

Ok, maybe starting an argument was the wrong words to use. Shall we say "you always have to be right"

i just think things should be looked at and dealt with seperately.. if people have had a good experience using the courier company it shouldn't be tied in with the dealings of the owner.

Maybe because he presented himself as someone other than who he is
Noah's Ark appears to be one of several identaties he has been using.
You can't honestly split the two as seperate entities unless Noah's Ark is a registered business at companies house, which it appears it is not.

It appears the courier MAY NOT be DEFRA registered, when he advertises he is.
He may no be insured to carry the animals.
The animals appear to not be heated, when it is advertised they are heated.

All in all not someone you should trust to carrying your animals.
