What a this "jonnyboy/craigford/noah's-ark-reptiles" guy is huh!
Awesome work you guys that put the effort into bringing this to everyones attention, can't believe i have only just come across it.
Thinking back now to around January time, i think i remember seeing an add by jonnyboy or craigford, and paying some interest, lucky for me i didn't huh.

Hope this guy gets his just desert!

Now its all out in the open his so called 'courier business' has gone down the pan. Cant see anyone using them to be honest now, the guy owes me money and im confident he will pay up. From Tommorrow there is a £10 interest for everyday the money isnt paid to me, if after 10 days (a nice £100) he still hasnt paid then i will be taking a return train up to him and a return taxi journey (combined total of about £100) and all this will be taken from him, of course i will give the opportunity to willingly hand over the money at first but only the 1 chance for him.

Considering he only owes me £210 you would think with the threat of an extra £200 he would pay before it gets to that point coz when i go up those figures arent optional and me leaving without the £410 also isnt an option. I will keep updated on here and if he hasnt paid up i will make the trip up to him and if he owes anyone else any money i will collect that for you aswell

Funiest post on here he might owe you £210 but how you figure hes gonna pay anymore other than court costs if you took it to court.

You have no juridstiction for anything else unless reasonable costs or is this basically a veilled threat?

I live about ten miles or so from the guy and will happily collect if he agrees to this and pass onto people if you want, seems silly getting a train and then a taxi?

think expecting people to let someone they dont know collect cash after all the jitters about who to trust might not work...

I dont see the funny part...if you think people wont hand over money that your owned without running to the courts then youve never been to stoke

When i turn up at his door he isnt going to have much choice is he, 1 thing over PM and another face to face. All im doing is warning him its gonna be a whole lot easier and cheaper for him to pay me the money that he owes me and nothing more will be said or done. If i actually have to physically go up there myself i think i have every right to have my travel expences paid for.

You may think that but legally you wouldnt have a leg to stand on and what are you going to do if he says he hasnt got it, punch him?

Thing is if you go up and cause a scene you are the one likely to face prosecution.

I will act as a third party if you want I know where he lives as i bought a chile rose off him...he wouldnt even touch it as they scared him!!!!!!

Ive had no other contact with the guy than this single transaction so please people dont think Im one of his chums etc.

But if anyone is owed pm me and I will pop over his with a list and have a chat and go from there if you want, far better than misguided trips up from Stoke etc.

That is fair to say but at the minute they supposedly have no money and a non intention to pay, Im not gaining anything from this and im more than happy just to pop over and have a chat with the guy if this will help anyone.

I dont know if the guy is a major rip off or one whose had a series of misfortunes.

Who really knows.


Seemed pretty genuine when I met him but was getting and dealing a lot of things with friends and not really knowing a lot about them. Hes even offloaded some very nice tarantulas at my local shop for peanuts much to the joy of the shop owner who immediately put about 1000% markup on.
