Whilst others try questioning what these scammers have done wrong........dont make me giggle, as if selling someone an animal that's close to death is ok, Evil man!!!!!

I am struggling to see whats going on in this thread. I had a rough night last night so am a little muddled. If someone can post the usernames of someone they presume are the same perso I can take a look.

Jonnyboy IS Noah's Ark IS Craig Ford.

One person using multiple user names and logins who has been scamming other RFUK users in various ways - and has now started up a courier business *as well*. Is he somehow suddenly not-and-never-has-been-a-scammer because he's swapped businesses?

As a note:

Noah's Ark Couriers was 2 hours earlier than expected on our delivery - not so bad if we'd expected him at midday, but he arrived at 5:12 AM.

The animals were stone cold (as was the polybox, inside and out) when they arrived. For desert or temperate species, that might not have been a concern - but I would have expected tropical / savannah species (like royals and boas) to have been kept at room temperature or very slightly cooler in transit - especially when it had been advertised that the van is heated and that heat packs would not be required.

Given that Noah's Ark Couriers packed the polybox (since Jonnyboy is Noah's Ark is Craig Ford) the packing was sorely inadequate - two clip lid plastic boxes rattling around loose inside a large polybox with no padding or additional insulation.

i never said he wasn't. Just that the complaints have been about the snakes he sold and not the courier company stealing snakes / swapping snakes / stealing money etc.
So rather than the issue being with the way he conducts business with regards to selling snakes; his courier company has come into it to just throw everything into 1 big issue.

Surely when a person has so little regard for animal welfare and they start another business involving animals, then that is an issue?

Would you really trust someone to courier your animals who had so little regard for them that they sold a beardy who had two dislocated back legs, an infected prolapse, was seriously underweight, dehydrated and was eggbound, and died three hours after she had been sold?

No, the courier company has not stolen snakes, swapped snakes or stolen money.

Is that the ONLY way a courier company can screw up?

I had rather thought that delivering insufficiently packed stone cold animals at the butt-crack of dawn when delivery was arranged for "between 7 and 7:30, although I'll be up from 6 if it HAS to be earlier" was a pretty big case of borkage.

as meko has been saying,
the courier buisness is him making money on the side by transporting your reptiles (aswell as maybe his to buyers)

just to say if i was to buy from meko, meko is the one who is sending me the snake as he has described, noah would just been transporting the goods...

with regards to the coldness, maybe there is somthing simple like the heating just wasnt effiecient enough for that amount of boxes??

noah arks courier maybe a alias but he has not commited any crime apart from cold reptiles.. saying that ive recived cold animals in poly boxes from 888 and 3 members on here who have personaly delivered the reptile them selves.

if they have the paper work im still in mind to use them..

Incidentally, if I use a courier for a high-value transaction, I expect the courier to be an impartial witness to the condition of the animals on arrival.

I took photographs of the animals - with their correct weights - in the presence of the delivery driver because I believed that was an impartial third party who could witness that the animals I unpacked and photographed are the animals they delivered.

But seeing as the driver's employer (if not the delivery driver himself) is also the SELLER of the snakes, I cannot trust that he will act as an impartial witness at all.

And since there is no "Noah's Ark Couriers" that is NOT also "Jonnyboy/Craig Ford Python Man" ... John HAS been misrepresenting animals, taking money under false pretenses and neglecting to pay for goods delivered as well as reneging on contracts with other couriers.

If I steal a car from a dealership then start up a taxi firm, it doesn't mean I didn't steal the car, does it?

i would have thought if ONE person is doing something then yes it is ONE issue..

for example.. you buy a sandwich in a shop where you later find that 3 other premises they own have relabelled sandwich dates on the packaging.. therefore selling out-of-date items...and people have all suffered food poisoning after buying and eating them..



would you continue to return to the one shop they own where you normally buy sandwiches.. or would you take into consideration the fact they seem dodgy..

if ONE person can lie and act immorally regarding several issues why should they be given the benefit of the doubt on ONE single issue..
hence why character witnesses in court play a large part in deciphering a person likliehood to lie or manipulate... .. if youd be happy transporting your animals with someone who happily lies and deceives so be it... Most of us however would not..
