The thing is on this forum thay is a thread of reptile shops so in my view if people was to take pics of shit hole or dead reptile and post the pic but not the name of the shop but the road or post code or phone number then that shop could be removed and the shop name also deleted from the forum like sweare words auto delete

Dose that make sence

I do understand it will be down to the mods but it might be a step in the right direction to help stop Shops doing this type of thing

Report to the RSPCA and council licensing offices.

Ask for a report of their findings.
No report, keep nudging them and ask if they have paid the shop a visit.

I reported Sea View aquatics in Hazel Grove, Stockport.
The shop was a tip and had dead and nearly dead animals on show.

The RSPCA reported back to me and said there were issues with the shop and have been dealt with.

This was true as I have been back a couple of times to check.
I call in about every 3/4 weeks.

The RSPCA took the council rep with her so it does work if you make a complaint.

I did mention the condition of a dead snake to the shop keeper asking if the snake was in fact dead.................He said uuuummmmmmmmmmmeeeerrrrrrrrrrrr...........looks like it and walked off.

There's a particular one near me, known for it's birds, which has recently started dealing in reptiles. I can't get pictures because the miserable ******* woman who runs it (I can't begin to describe how miserable she really is it's untrue, and rude) watches me like a hawk, but it may actually be the worst condition I have seen animals in, dead, half dead, dying ect. Anyway I have reported them, along with a notorious one in Manchester, two local garden centres (that's all I can remember it is 5.30 after all, both two the council and the RSPCA, in the most perfectly polite manners. I received replies from maybe two of them (from the council, usual crap, we will investigate ect ect) and heard nothing, since and each one is still a disgrace.
