If you have their bank details go to your bank & open up a complaint, you bank will then be able to sort it out with her bank, if she cant produce evidence of sending the item then her bank will have to refund you, thats if you used credit/debit card, if you used peepal then open up a dispute in peepal, but never send money as a GIFT as you cant claim it back if you dont get the item.
Also contact a Mod on this forum & if theres been other complaints regarding this user then mod can do something about their account.
Also the threads print them out & produce them to your bank this will help in your claim. You also have her home address (I assume) contact them with a letter in case the internet is down but then that wouldnt stop them going to PO & posting the fauns.

Yeah I transferred the money over the phone from bank to bank. So its on my statement. Im going to see if I can get in touch with them either through the mods or by the person Meko pointed out to me on the thread. If this proves to fail I'll take your advice. Cheers

Admin will only have their email address and there's an option to email via peoples profiles. That'll go to the same email address they'd registered with
