just to put something straight i have just looked at paypal and with what i sent through there and what i sent other ways it wasnt quite 160 i paid altogether, but wouldnt have been maybe 130 tops.

There are two sides to every story and after reading the thread i feel for all parties.
I went to school with Emma, she was in the year below me, i also bumped into her at her new place of work a couple of weeks ago. Everytime i see her she is very chirpy and polite, maybe she has got problems and cant see them herself, but if you do read this thread Emma, get in touch with some of us 'locals', we would be happy to help you if we can.
I hope this is resolved for all parties very soon.

I've known Emma for a year or two and i live fairly local to her. I have always thought she was mad for keeping the amount of animals she does and wondered how the hell she copes! but.... SHE DOES!!!!

Yes you can smell the dogs... especially if you dont keep dogs yourself, but i can vouch her dogs along with the skunks and other animals have always been in good health, watered , fed and exercised and kept in good conditions as long as i've known her.
I've seen some of Emmas 'tic/tick' dealings... i've seen she's paid for animals BEFORE she's collected them, i've seen she's paid for animals AFTER she already had them in her possesion.
This particular thread i'm ...like most people here, not qualified to answer. But on her cleanliness issues .... everyone has different standards ... right or wrong.
I think some people giving their opinions here should totally keep their opinions to themselves, if you have no dealings with Emmaj in any way WTF are you on about??????
Given that pouchie has problems with Emmaj .... i can see 'things' need to be sorted and issues ironed out.
sorry for the long reasoning but Emma has helped a lot of people, helped a lot of animals and given a lot of good advice/help/aid regarding animals.
I hope all issues get sorted soon regarding this thread... but i hope it doesnt turn out to be a witch hunt!

i bet she loves her animals but loving and caring for an animal is a different thing .

TBH here, i know this is heading off track a little, i cant see the RSPCA being ok with an animal hoarder, especially one who allows their animals to freely defecate in the house and does not clean up after them.

I have met emma and been to her house and I agree she is a canny person and I dont believe for one second she means any harm but I know from my personal experiance that her house should be condemed there was skunk poop in the corners on cd cases and nespaper/letter piles on the floor her kitchen benches were piled high with rubbish and her yard stank os pee and was coming into the street.

the first time i went she said that her skunk needed its nails cut and that she has only just did it yet they were turning round into its feet pads.

I have voiced my oppinion before and now i am subject to attact from her mates which to be quite hoest doesnt bother me in the slightest lol.

Her kitchen was thick with black dirt waist high on the fridge and the radiator. when i came out i not only washed my hands but the soles of my shoes wityh a baby wipe when i got in my car.

I will say once again that she is canny and is friendly when you meet her and i know she has probablies got really attached to her animals but if she cant do it herself (get rid of some) clean up the house for them at least.

I haver been told on numerous accasions that and I quote '' you cant follow skunks round 24/7 with a mop and bucket''

my reply to that is ''well no but when the poop gets sop high its staring to be taller than you and grow its own community thats maby just maybe the time to clean it''

and yes i did cleean up my repl for this thread.

I do not wat emma to feel attacked by people on this forum which she told me she did the other day in pm. people dont want to be nasty to you well i dont they just worry for you animals thats all its advise. and if you choose to live the way you do my advice is keep your doors locked next time you get and animal and dont let anyone in. because if you let people see it they will talk about it. and you know what i mean emma your not stupid. you have been in your house and so have i.
