same thing happened last week, i guy replied to a private advert, came round to look a my adult royal stood there with his family for about an hour holding my snake, finally said he would have her and said he had to go to cash point, he left and never came back, after about 45 mins he sent a text saying that there was a problem with his bank, wages hadnt cleared. sorry but if you go to look at something to purchase you make sure you have the money??? he even tried to knock me down.

It's the world we live in, some people just can't be honest with you to weather they can afford what your selling, either to you face, txt or via e-mail.. Even when you've spent quite abit of time e-mailing and answering many of their questions, ran around searching for a cheap reputable courier service ect ect...It only takes a short reply saying ' thanks, but no thanks, but people just can't be bothered or just were'nt brought up with manners.

Another size of the coin is, some people just want something for nothing..

So i 2nd you to this post, it is extremely infuriating, but theres not much we can do about time wasters unfortunatley.

Yes, other than leaving negative feed back. But this doesn't give you back all the time and effort you have wasted. time and time again..! We just have to learn not to be too trusting until the money is in your hand. It's a lesson everyone has learnt at some point in time no matter what you are selling...

similar thing has happened to me twice now...but with a rehome i have ,someone saying they definatly wanted it, numerous pm/texts yep deffo want it, the day comes for the poor wee thing to be collected and i have heard nothing since, which is annoying as i could have rehomed with someone else ( who now has bought a snake so doesnt have room anymore)
its just so annoying
