I agree with all of the above comments, I too have read all of the posts by you and the OP and are as bad as each other.
No owner in thier right mind would sell anything thats too young to go myself included.

couldnt agree with this particular point more! I think its outrageous to use ur disabilities to manipulate people, or use it as an excuse for anything! I suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, and depression, and sometimes i find life impossible! But i still work, even though its really f***ing hard somedays, and Im not entitled to any benefits, cos apparently these arent serious enough conditions! Anyone who has had anxiety and panic attacks, will know this ruins your life completely, and at its worst I couldnt even leave my house. And it makes me so bloody mad when I read people using their disablities as an excuse not to be able to work, and to be entitled to every benefit under the sun, whereas I havent met anyone whose 'valid' disability has ever stopped them from leaving the house cos they are so scared! and cant be left alone for any period, because of fear! so im sorry, but if i can still work, then anybody can!

i am not going to get in a arguement with this person so i am making one reply and really dont want to have to write on here any more!
as every1 has now seen my spiny tail was up for offers,
the op made me an offer knowing everything about the lizard in question that i could tell him,,,,he told me he had researched the lizard and was more than happy to buy,,,he had said to me prior to the day we were making the swap could he see the lizard first, he would travel to my house on the bus to see her and wether he liked her or not i could have one of his beardies which he said he would bring(which i never asked him for)
i said i wouldnt want him to be getting bus all the way here so i asked my father in law to drive me there i am only in trafford he is in stockport,,,to any1 who knows manchester nows it isnt a great distance in a car, but at least to buses,,also i could keep my iggy bye my feet with feet heaters on,,,
i took her down to him he said he really liked her didn't care about the burns he said they dont bother him,,
he asked if i had a spare viv i said i do for a very very tempary basis as i had a home made one in my garage which had been given to me,,,he new it had no uvb bulb just a uva and really wasnt ideal he said he will have the uvb bulb before i make swap,,,
so as far as i am concerned deal on everything was fine and we did swap within that week,
then the night of swap his mum called me to tell me he had sat on his uvb bulb and broke it! to which i said it was to late for me to get back to him and the pet shops are shut,, i really did not no what i could of done!
i suggested he use the uva bulb till the morning as it is soon time to turn it off and just have heat on(night time)
everything was fine.
then i see the lizard on the free homing part of the site,
slaging me off,,,i will admit i did call him and i was upset to say the least all tho i didn't raise my voice as for the majority of the call i was talking to his mother i did also ask him what his game is he had told me he wanted her now she up for free home,,
this was to saturdays ago i think he then repeated to make his mother call me till 7.30am in the morning. each time she called i was leaving phone on laud speaker next to laptop,,,i heard her telling him he shouldnt be looking after lizards as someone at stockport pet wharehouse had told him he should not have lizards as he can not care for them,,,i heard him threaten to hit his mother with the phone,,put her head threw the wall if she did not talk to me,,i heard her scream as he grabed her,,i heard what sounded like a scuffle with him trying to force phone next to her ear and shouting at her talk to him,
i told her repeatedly to call the police,,,,as i am no saint but no man hits or threatens a women especially not his mother,,
and at which point he did come to the phone shouting then at me and i told him by that point i had already called the police,
to go round and check his mother was ok,
and yes at that time and that time only i told him if i heard him ever threaten his mother again or hit out at her i would go to his house,,,
maybe not the best thing to say but what i have wrote isnt even half of what i heard,,
and i was livid,,
i also have a police letter here just telling me that the call i made will be kept on record,,
as for the beardies if every one will go back to the origanal post about the spiny tail were he had said he wanted her,,,
look at his previous post were he had offered them to some1 for there chams and setup,
so i did assume they were old enough to be re-homed,
when i saw them the first time when i took the spiny to show him i did ask the age he said around 6 weeks,,i did ask if that was to young to be taking one on its own he said its fine,,,,,i thort not but another part of me had seen them smaller in pet shops for sale,,
i also thought to myself that i can and am looking after them as well if not better than him any how so i took to at that point,,,
as for me selling them now to young,,,,,if i have advertised them to early i appoligize but, from the date he had been offering them to other people to now i can not be far out and if i go bye his ages they are about14/15 weeks old now,,,
and also the day i picked them up they could not of been a week old as he offered them some1 else a week or so before he ever made contact with me!
and it took around three weeks for me to get them i think from that date,,,
and i must of had them 3 weeks now so the youngest i see they can be, evan if he offered them the person before me as hatchlings is around 9 weeks but with his ages he told me they should be around 14/15,
i am sorry this is so long winded and that may of kept repeating myself,
i hope i covered all the accusations as no matter what his or anyone elses reply is unless to my inbox i will not be imbarrising myself by having silly arguements in chat forums.
so i will not reply,,,,,
all tho any1 other than op can pm me by all means,,
i also have stated 100% fact no matter what people choose to beleive(times and dates maybe out)
and as for the autism thing people may see as convenient,,but i dont really care as i am speaking the truth,,
my brother of 10 has autism,,he is like a wiz kid on computer consoles exc but really suffers with his socializing,,, to the point my mother often cries thinking he may not be able to live what we may see as a normal life (working,girlfriend,wife,own home with out mum)
and i am constantly assureing her he will be fine and look how he has improved over the years(he is now a set a head of main stream children on maths)
so i say to you martin dean you are just a lazy, descrase to your self and any1 else with any form of syndrome from aspurgus to downs ther is no reason why you cant work as every1 else has said,,,,,
grow a back bone become a real man and get a life other than living your life threw this site constantly making deals you cant meet and making false accusations,,,,,

he had also previous to this ad sold his breading trio, so must be same beardies was my guess which he confirmed,,

Im sorry but cant resist posting, I don't get hacked off to much, well i mean i dont let things get to me very often, but this guy is really doing my head in!

Some of my friends on this forum have felt intimidated and upset by martin as he has been over the top with comments and also over the top with PM's He sends bloody loads and loads for no reason without waiting for reply, and basically my friends were feeling harassed. And some comments offending, I know It may not seem bad to some people but he should conciser his actions before acting upon them.

He sends and writes messages without thinking what he says , and using his medical conditions to help situations really made me boil up, as manipulating people using these excuses is absolutely disgusting, End off,

I think you and your friends should go to a mod about him. I've never spoken to him but his posts are really winding me up. Sooner or later someone that doesn't know about him is going to sell him an animal and from what i've read he can't even look after them.

Stecollier, tell your mum not to worry.... my boy was a nightmare when he was little, he would only communicate by growling at people, would bite scratch and hit anyone that upset him and very often got sent home for disrupting his class - I too spent many a night crying myself to sleep wondering what would happen to him!!

But he's grown to be a very polite, well socialised young man that has friends that treat him as an equal, he's doing well in school and many people that meet him think nothing more that that he's a bit chatty and excitable, as long as you and your mum believe in him and accept him for who he is, I'm sure he'll grow to be a young man you can both be proud of!!

he put the pic of his baby beardies in his profile on the 18th June, so they're at least 2 months old now.
