Default BEWARE - scammer

Dear all, please be aware of anyone trying to sell BDs for around the £80 mark, using a PayPal account of helensbits@hotmail.com (helen oak); they are a scammer and PayPal has investigated them - i got fleeced but hopefully this prevent anyone else from doing so.

Sorry yes, point taken.

The transacction was not from this site, where people seem to have more decency and knowledge, it was from reptilekeeper.co.uk. i replied to an advert offering blood reds. the seller offered me a female for £80, and an invoice was sent using PayPal - i thought this a safe way of paying as it has certain safeguards....wrong.
anyway, the seller sent plenty of communication about when it would be delivered etc etc, but it never showed up. i raised a claim with paypal, but although they found in my favour, i could not get my money back. a hard lesson, but hopefully one others will not fall foul of.

Nick
