I don't think the police will do anything, i think you'll have to take her to the small claims court. If you guys haven't already then you should tell a mod too.

Oh I really hope this person isnt a scammer...he/she had some livestock for sale too (was going to have Leo, but with delivery, wouldnt have been worth it) Im also supposed to be having a Viv (£25) delievered next week...no money has changed hands tho, thank goodness

the police will say it's only been 10 days and to go away. The post office won't even deal with any claims for none delivered stuff for 28 days to allow time for it to turn up. With goods not being delivered so soon they'll just tell you to sling it and come back in a few weeks if they still don't turn up.

maybe, and maybe they just missed the pm's they ignored sent on the 1st and 2nd too by several people, think we just need to learn from it, i for 1 will be very dubious buying anything again unless it is face to face or recomended by another member i speak with.
