Don't be too surprised if I end up doing something about it. Neither of you have EVER been to my house. Neither of you have EVER seen how are geckos are kept. Sure, you can go on our web site and see a lot of images of them - they all look really unwell I am sure....

Put simply:

Matt is claiming Nutty lied about the leo we sold to him and partner... claiming we sold it as being well when it turned out to be sick. We disclosed in the advert that it had deformation of the eye lids.... and strangely that's all we disclosed because THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. It had NO infection, nothing.

Matt also claims Nutty is well known for selling geckos with problems. Again - ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. Never heard such tripe.

I've made it clear to Matt that I expect him to let anyone he's made such claims to know that he's talking out of his back side.... I've also explained the consequences of not doing so, given I have the proof that he's done it infront of me.

I'm sorry I must of dreamt of going to the vets. Then giving her eye drops for over a week after, and the fact that she wouldnt eat. All because you say so

Whats the matter chris cant defend yourself very well can you?, as i have previously said CHRIS HAS THREATENED TO SERVE PAPERS TO TAKE ME TO COURT and i have told him this GO RIGHT AHEAD MY FAMILY SOLICITOR WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED......now the forums can make their own minds up

I know that i am not in the wrong so will have no problems attending a court hearing about it.

Mr Ackie123 will have sent PM's to them about the "Messages" which arent lies and if i can get a mods approval i will be putting them on here.

not true. I was there at the vets when he gave the diagnosis and confirmed she has multiple retained sheds in her eyes and she had to have anesthetic in her eyes and the retained shed scraped out.

Surely a/the vet can clarify whether the gheko had a deformity or an infection. If it was an infection the vet will be able to tell you how it got that infection - case closed no?
