MessengerMatt and his problems...

Hello all,

The other day it was brought to my attention that Mr MessengerMatt has been sending out PMs to members on the forum in which he decides to lie his teeth out and claim that Nuttybabez' and I are apparently well known for selling geckos with problems / illness. This was news to both of us!

If anyone else who has received such PMs for Matt, as part of his never ending quest to seemingly want to smash Nuttybabez' reputation on here, would like to forward them on to Nutty, it would be greatly appreciated.

For those who don't know, Matt and his partner decided to buy a Supersnow from Nutty earlier on this year. Despite the advert stating that the gecko had got eye issues which she had been born with... Matt and partner had problems with the leo after a few days of getting it home and contacted Nutty and I. We tried to offer advice as best we could but in the end, a thread was launched by Matt and partner here on the forum, along with PMs sent to various members... basically trying to smear Nutty's name. This was finally brought to a close by T-bo on the thread in question where he was nice enough to make it clear that Matt and partner were making false claims (basically lying).

It would appear that Mr Messenger has never quite let it go. Despite Nutty giving Matt and partner £30 towards the vets fees costs (half of the bill as we were told). We also had offered to buy the Leo back and were turned down.

Earlier on today, I informed Matt that I am now giving him 5 days to let the people he has PMed know that he is lying.

I just really hope Matt will now stop this stupid behaviour. It's now got to the point where he's crossed the line with me.

I will be replying to this in full shortly after speaking to my family solicitor but what i will say is that Nutty gave me £16 towards vet fees not £30

Plus i have nothing to hide if anyone wants to see the PM i sent to "Mr Ackie123" then feel free to ask

ForgottenEntitys PM also contained threats to serve me court papers aswell just so we clear that up and after i told him i welcome it he decided to put up this thread.

Firstly the both of you seem to have the problem as this is the second name and shame thread you have had to lower your standards to create.

I never lied once. The simple fact is that you sold me a leo with a eye infection. I told you that I noticed it the same day that I bought it. I also told you that I had some drops at home which I would try then I would take her to the vets if it did not clear up. You replied telling me I had poor husbandry.

Sarah did not pay £30. She actually payed £16 which was no where near half of the vet fees. You have smeared both of our names, not the other way round.

No one is lying. So really, please get off you high horse and look after your leo's. We have never made a thread about you and we have ACTUALLY had other members PM us about the issues they have had with you two.

I hope I do get a infraction for saying this. But you need to sort out the facts and stop talking shit. The sun dont shine out of your ass now and it never will!

Leave Matt and I alone as you seem to be the one holding a grudge! You are beginning to become a pest

Actually, the leo was sold with a deformed eyelid. Not numerous retained sheds in its eye and an eye infection.

I have seen the PM's and I can safely say there is not one lie in them.

So, it's fine for Matt to send PMs out to people in an attempt to smear Nutty's name but not for me to put a thread up and let the world know he's doing it?
