Buying hets is always a risk.
I've never supplied or received paperwork for any animal confirming its hets before.
As said earlier such paperwork is only as good as the person you got it from.
And getting such papwerwork from someone other than the breeder is questionable.
You have to be able to associate the snake to the paperwork and the only time I have done this was with chipped appendix one animals. Photos simply may not cut it in a court case is someone doubted the ID of a particular animal.
So I suppose the best thing is ONLY buy snakes with hets directly from breeders you know and trust. Any snake that has changed hands may not be the one on any paperwork you are given.

hiya i just wondered what boa it was, there is a way to tell on some boas if they are 100% het or not and that is the top of there eyes is a lighter colour to there head colour some say its like they have a light bulb in there head and it shines thru there eyes also but in a google search for het albino markers on boas may give u some clue if they are or not

Thanks, they are "het Kahl" BCI. I didn`t know they sometimes had het markers, i`ll have to have a nose.

Theres still a chance they are het though isn't there? Wait n see when you breed them before shouting scammer. I know that if he promised papers then you should have got papers but there is still the chance that they are in fact hets after all.
