Paypal is an independant company. Therefore you are still covered under their buyer protection policy as long as the seller qualified for this? Have you logged into paypal and checked to see if you are covered?

You can call them via telephone, and you'll find that they can be very helpful. If you are covered it doesn't matter if he has no funds in his account. Paypal will pay you if he doesn't provide a valid tracking number etc.

This guy wanted too buy some leos off of me and was gunna collect. He didnt end up gettin em. Told me paypal was the only way he could pay. I dont have paypal so couldnt do it. May still be genuine but this would also make sense if he was a scammer. Did seem a nice guy when talking to him tho.
