nobody is pretending to be anything mate, I said i reported it to the police not pretending to be one! and nobody has told you what to do!, this is serious not a silly game, grow up!,

after ringing the number on the previous page I was passed from pillar to post and finally given the number of Hampshire police ( his area ) which is 08450454545.

I was told to send him a formal letter by recorder delivery, outlining that I would either like the item as promised or a full refund within a certain time frame; and that if I do not hear back or get a refund or said goods by the end of the time frame ( police recomended 5 days ) I can contact the police again who will then start an investigation and provide me with a crime reference number, which in turn can be given to Paypal and they can start proceedings their end with the help of the Police if required.

This was the response and course of action I have been told by Hampshire Police. I will be sending the letter off today to the address we have been provided by another member who sent a postal order to him. If anybody else sent a postal order to him does their address match the one on here

Also still no answer to mobiles or replies via email etc. don't think I will get a reply to the letter but, we will soon see. It will be a police matter within the week so I will leave it up to them, good luck to all others who have dealings with him.

Maybe if you all contacted the police, giving whatever details you have he can be arrested for obtaining money by deceptrion. The police couldn't ignor so many people with similar claims against a person, worth a try i think. Scumbags like this should be taught a lesson, if he'd done this to me, i'd be at his house within a week and i'd get my money and i'd want paying for my time, i think £25per hour would be fair!!!
