Scammed, what should I do?

I want to know what is being done about RECS?!!!

As we have all now stopped waiting for our vivs and know that we will never get our money back.

But he seems to be happily posting all over the forum, as a free citizen, as if nothing has happened.

I personally feel that if someone takes money from so many forum members there should be a consequence. At very least he should be banned from posting.
Being a member of this forum should be a privilege allowed to only those who play by the rules.

Also surely the link to his web site should no longer be allowed on here, as he quite obviously has no intent on providing goods for money received.

(I know the mods are doing their bit, but I just wonder if there is more you can do to rid us of this creature who shows no remorse and blatantly flaunts himself on the forum as if he has done no wrong.)

Myself and another person paid via paypal, shes got her refund and i'm waiting to hear back from paypal. I'm so annoyed!

His link has not been allowed in his sig for quite a while and as far as I am aware he hasn't posted on the forum since the 2nd October and hasn't logged in for a while either.

Personally I agree that any person who messes members around shouldn't be a member however we did hope by allowing him use of the forum he would indeed get on top of his orders and also allow members to keep in contact with him. Its easy to see recently from the pms we have received that this isnt happening.

i have been fked out of about £45 in total
but it is nothing to some people
who have lost hundreds
thanks to these threds we can name and shame
and people like me and a few others are willing to pay extra to make examples of them

-check feedback
-pay a little more on paypal insted of sending as gift
-recive payment befor sending items
-and if unsure ask someone for advise (im always happy to help if i can)
