So why do some people get a refund and I cant get one???

It makes no sense to me that I have asked and asked for a refund and you just tell me to take you to court.
Wouldn't it make more sense to just give me a refund and get me off your back for good? I mean it is £140!!! It that money worth the agro I continue to give you?

I am not owed in any way shape or form by this dude....and i have read this thread on and off, not all, but just reading last page of replies by you RECS....you make it sound like your doing everyone such a big favour...your choosing not to file bankrupcy just to build your vivs bla bla...to be honest, ths shouldnt have ever got this far lol. Sorry to bandwagon but i think you should try selling that high horse you seem to sit on and use that money to build a few more vivs...

and the fact you have managed to send out 8-10 vivs or whatever...is irrelevant, the fact tha all the others are still waiting though is. Your snapping back at members posts in a defensive manner but really, you havent got the right to do so.

so £500 your paying to go bankrupt surley you could be better off giving people there money back , and if you bannkrupt its 5 years before you can own a company and why would you go back in to buisness cause youve let so many people down and just not give a crap. best of luck in what you do you will need it .

Im not going backrupt, and i have already made arangements to pay monies owed back to customers.
