How did he get this info to you? Do you have contact details for him, as none of us can get in contact with him.

As you are not able to post his details on the forum, maybe you can pm them to the moderator and they can let people know how we can get hold of him.

As I mentioned previously he has been arrested, it was Weds evening when Mr Eagleton and his girlfriend Adele Cox were taken in. It is important the officer dealing with the case receives as much information as possible, so even if you have reported it through your local police please contact the officer assigned to this case and let him know how much was paid to RECS and when it was paid.

Is it worth me letting them know about my refund?

As it was such a small amount I don't know if its worth it, but then again it was clearly just a tactic to placate others. He knew I would post on here that I received it, and it had the desired affect - namely more time.

just got off the phone with [Name Removed] he wasnt happy about his details being on the forum.

has asked me to send him a email with all my details and whats happened.
also will attach all pm's sent vis this forum...

he did say he was going round to see chris tonight. and will let me know what happening.

we are moving forward.

be very carful then the information you are passing on is 100% true, because it involves the police and possible crime...otherwise people will begin to be dubious of you, and to just make an off-the-cuff remark like

"oh but I was only passing something on.. i dont know if its right or not"

wont wash .. people are owed a LOT of money


if you choose to get involved with a potential fraud case and just glibly pass on information it can cause you to be caught up in it if it goes to court...

Hearsay is fine... forums are full of it.. he said, she said...


but when it comes to crime and police involvement....passing on info that you have no idea is correct or not.. isnt the best laid plan is it?
