if you choose to get involved with a potential fraud case and just glibly pass on information it can cause you to be caught up in it if it goes to court...

but when it comes to crime and police involvement....passing on info that you have no idea is correct or not.. isnt the best laid plan is it?

I think we all know by now to take anything from R.E.C.S. with a whole tub of salt. Amy is due stuff as well. Don't see how passing a message on could go against her.

ok as stated above i was arrested on wednesday and my computers etc were seized, however after the police have seen the equipment, moulds (the ones i stole, remember) and various tools and materials, aswell as customer orders waiting to be sent or completed. they have this evening at 9:10pm brought all my computer equipment back.

i dont particularly care what you lot think of me, scammer, not a scammer, bad business skills or any of that. what i do care about is the fact the police saw that this is not fraud.

The detective dealing with this has a my bank statements from pretty much the start and can clearly see that 95% of the expenditure was for business use, materials etc.

i have been advised by the police as a matter of courtesy to let my CUSTOMERS know the current situation, so heres the deal.

I have no money and am running on benifits, this is my only income now and its being spent on these outstanding orders, my laptop and snakes are up for sale aswell to bring in more cash to build the items outstanding.
i have been advised by police to give a time scale of 3 months to complete orders due, then that way if i get them done earlier then thats a bonus.

i am trying to get in touch with lisa to arrange delivery of her rack so if anyone can get in touch faster then please can someone get me her address, as i dont appear to have it.

i admit in the past i have fobbed you off and tried to buy time to get orders sorted, it is no nor was it ever my intention to rip people off.

oh and graeme (slippery) yes you did offer to bankroll my business, thank you for the offer, however the reason i reffused at the time was not because of my being a scammer but more so that i was unsure of how to get out of the mess i was in.

for those who have been trying to ring me my mobile number is 07861762549 i cannot call anyone back or receive texts as the line is now cut off pending payment.

some of you have my address, anyone else (customers only) who wants it can pm me for it. that way if you want to take civil action then you have the relevant details.


And 1 final note, when amy let admin know the situation, she did so on my request. she was the only person of which i had a number to contact her on at the time. as has been pointed out before amy is also waiting for goods so what reason does she have to lie?

anyway, like i said your orders are being done, no more BS but its going to take a bit of time, unless slippery still wants to bank roll the business of course....

im not in any position to give any refunds anyway at the moment so all im able to offer is the goods ordered origionally, belive me gothgirl if i could give you £100 back i would because it would save me the time of building 3 vivs.

i told you before i was rebuilding them, if you remember i said i was rebuilding them as i wasnt going to send you vivs that had additional heating etc in them (put in at my expense as a favour to you) when i was being swore at and when you told someone i was currently dealing with that i was a scammer.
so in a nutshell no your vivs havnt been built.

Well, thanks for coming clean, at least. I have already ordered replacements but I would rather get the vivs I ordered sooner, than a refund much later. I guess I'll wait.

if he cared he would get himself to a libary and notify people himself, not to mention the internet doesnt mean you cant post items surely he has most of your addresses and postcodes written down.

everyone should just contact the police and be done with it.



Edit: just seen R.E.C.S post i would still contact the police, if what hes saying is true the police will confirm the situation and it will also keep you in the loop if they take legal action in the future and be sure to mention being lied to about delivery date's and status of your order (him saying they were complete when they actually werent even started)


This being said im still not conviced R.E.C.S is a scammer (or didnt intend to be) if he was he would of took the "Businessman's" money it's a pretty complicated situation to say the least and i truly hope people get it sorted, maybe with the police breathing down his neck it will speed up his productivity rate.

all addresses are on my laptop, the laptop that was seized by the police, now if im not mistaken here that last time i checked, the library dont have a list of my customers along with address.

thats why i asked amy to pass on the info to tbo to put up here.
