police can and have done something not to mention having to declare yourself bankrupt can have a huge effect on someones life, and if he doesnt sort this mess out he'll be in deeper shit for a long time, he also claims to be a buisiness so legally he has to pay one way or another.

So Chris is on Benefits, and running a business?

Is that not fraud?

I wonder if the DWP is aware of all his earnings and money coming into the business, some £3000 from RFUK alone?

i suggest if your going to go down that route gothgirl you get it spot on,
i was running a business but as you remember as of 2 months ago i was unable to take any more orders.

it was from this point that i claimed benifits.

just bear one little thing in mind, if i have no income at all or have to go and work a full time job in order to get an income, when do you get your goods.

it seems to me that some of you on here want to push and push and push.

ok im done with posting on here i have told you all my situation anyone who wants any more updates can pm me.

well yer your right there dont no where he would stand if he went on benefits after he stopped taking money for orders and as such closed the business

there you go again, doing your hard done by, nobody understands bit. So, SO SICK OF IT. you got yourself into this. all we done was send you our money.

i think there is a large serving of humble pie required here, and i for one ain't hungry.

the only person i can see pushing and pushing is yourself. i mean how much more patient do you expect people to be?

and one more question i've posed but have never received an answer to. what have you been doing all this time, that the backlog is exactly the same as it was three months ago?

I would suggest that all those involved should make sure they still make a complaint to the Police.

Even if he has been given 3 months to sort out I think you have already waited long enough and at least you would be logged as complainants against him if in 3 months more excuses arise with orders not being delivered.

Also if all the orders are received then you can withdraw the complaint.

Instead of "throwing your teddy out of the pram" get a list up on the other thread showing the customers date order and a realistic delivery date, at least everybody will know what is going on, this latest outburst is not helping your cause at all.

i admit in the past i have fobbed you off and tried to buy time to get orders sorted, it is no nor was it ever my intention to rip people off.

oh and graeme (slippery) yes you did offer to bankroll my business, thank you for the offer, however the reason i reffused at the time was not because of my being a scammer but more so that i was unsure of how to get out of the mess i was in.

for those who have been trying to ring me my mobile number is 07861762549 i cannot call anyone back or receive texts as the line is now cut off pending payment.

some of you have my address, anyone else (customers only) who wants it can pm me for it. that way if you want to take civil action then you have the relevant details.


And 1 final note, when amy let admin know the situation, she did so on my request. she was the only person of which i had a number to contact her on at the time. as has been pointed out before amy is also waiting for goods so what reason does she have to lie?

anyway, like i said your orders are being done, no more BS but its going to take a bit of time, unless slippery still wants to bank roll the business of course....
