I am sure Chris and his brilliant business plan would go down a storm on Dragons Den, maybe a bit like this !

Chris " Evening Dragons, my names Chris and I would like £150,000 of your money for no return."
Theo " Err hang on a minute Chris, if we give you a load of money surely we should get something back?"
Chris "Well no actually, that's the secret of my business, I get a load of money and not give anything in return so turnover equals 100% profit"
Deborah "OK I've heard enough, I'm out"

Chris " I'm going to set up a company for a product that has a good market, make it look legit by having a website and even take on a manufacturing premises, I'm not going to pay them though as this would eat into my profit. I then rake in the orders over several months and not bother to send the mugs their goods they have paid for. Simple really"
Peter " One problem Chris, it's easy to get your money back nowadays."
Chris " Oh I thought of that and have that sorted, I get the mugs to pay directly into my bank account then they can't get it back, I know it's really easy to set up a Pay Pal account but then they could open a dispute and if I let them pay by credit card they could claim it back and the credit card company would be after me and I don't like that idea."
Theo " Surely people who don't receive their goods will come knocking on your door and threaten you?"
Chris " I'm not going to tell them where I live, I'm not that stupid, anyhow if they did I could go to the police, they'd look after me."
Duncan " If I'm not mistaken Chris this sounds like fraud or obtaining money by deception, what happens if the customers go to the police?"
Chris " They won't go to the police, trust me, I've tried this a couple of times before, the mugs will have a whinge on the internet then forget all about me, I'll collect a few bob, set up another company in a few months time and soon I'll have enough to buy that little place in Tenerife I've had my eye on."
Duncan " Chris I think you might have a problem here, I've heard that there's a couple of nasty characters that pick on people like you, I've heard they're called Aconite and Barry P. They don't like to be messed about and will come looking for you if the scam, sorry, business takes off. I'm out"
Chris " I'm not frightened of them, even If I get arrested I'll tell the coppers I'm a bit behind on my orders, they'll believe me and after three months I'll get off and try it again."

I think its safe to assume four things.

1. The moon is not made of cheese
2. Jedward will win X factor, as such is the stupidity of our nation
3. no one will ever get any money or items of christopher eagleton(aka R.E.C.S, Hobby vivs, herpshack) without beating him down and prying them from his cold dead hands.
4. he will return in a few months under a new name and scam a new group of people as he seems to have done with his three previous viv making ventures
