holding and feedback

if someone holds an item for you but then sells it to someone else am i within my rights to give negative feedback?
i cant find any information on here about it

I would like to know the answer to this to as the person involved never even gave 3 days for postal order to arrive and sold the items to someone else.

They even had the cheek to start a thread saying im a time waster grrrrrr.

Yes! I think you probably are.

But if you're talking about the vivs you wanted from me then NO! you're bang out of order for leaving bad feedback and it has been reported.

The vivs I had for sale were not ordered by you and no deposits were paid by you!! They were on general open sale to anybody who wanted them!

NO agreement was made for me to hold them for you. I said that if they were still available when you were able to collect then YES, of course you could have them.
However, by the time you contacted me to arrange collection, they had already gone so stop crying about it and get over it!

The correct response when you found out that they had been sold, would have been to ask me to make some more which I would have happily done for you.

But you decided on getting all arsey and sending stupid text messages and basically spitting your dummy out.

You obviously weren't brought up with the correct manners and decncy to be able to converse with people on an adult and mature level.

Good luck finding some more vivs.

I would only give negative if I had paid a deposit and I was still within the agreed time limit for full payment.
