Information back from the police this morning is that all information relating the case has gone to the inspector in charge of the case.

It has been recommended that all persons owed good/money by Eagleton take Civil Action ASAP.

The question is do we take joint action or individual action?

The other thing I need is a current address of Eagleton.

I should also point out that as this is going to go legal very soon please please refrain for saying anything on an open forum which may get you in to trouble (threats etc) or may prejudice any case.

A rational approach is needed.

Please feel free to pm me and I'll keep people updates as I can.

You'd need to obtain a 'Group Litigation Order' to go in together - a expensive process with a High Court jurisdiction. You'll need a lead solicitor etc & the amounts of money involved don't make this route cost effective.

I'd suggest you'll file your claims at a specific county court & hope the counter staff list all the cases on the same day.
