Hi I'm new to the forum and paid for 2 B.Smithi slings last week through paypal. the name and email address she gave me are totally different from what others have posted, she called herself Jen and her address for paypal is smithjenni77@yahoo.co.uk.

is there anyway of getting my money back if i paid for them as a gift?

As for paying by gift - no. There again paypal doesnt offer a vast amount of protection even if you didnt pay vaia gift. Ive seen people on here open disputes for large sums of money and got daft amounts like £2 back.

However I am in discussions with paypal about what can be done such as police etc. Plus my sister is a qualified solicitor so shes gunna help me out

Its not worth taking a risk and buying anything from new people on the site, Just buy from the people who have been on here a good long while, and all will be ok, least thats what I do.

As far as I know if you pay money - however you do it - if you have proof items should have been sent in return for this money they can get in trouble for it.
