anyone who has paid via paypal will 100% get there money back.
the seller will have to issue paypal with proof of postage (royal mail special delivery) that will need to be tied in with your home address (same as paypal) just open a dispute to get the ball rolling. you money is safe even if it does take a few weeks to get back. unless your items turn up that is ![]() |

It seems from reading all the posts where people have paid and not got their item, if the money was sent as a Paypal gift, you don't get anything back; if the seller empties their Paypal account and, where applicable, the account it is linked to, the buyer gets nothing until the account is "topped up, which of course may be never! However, if there is money in the account and the buyer hasn't got their item, a refund is made. Even if the seller has proof of posting, just the post office receipt, not recorded delivery slip or special delivery slip then Paypal refund. The seller (or buyer) can make a claim, after 15 business days, to Royal Mail provided they have kept all the receipts ect. If its sent signed for (recorded or special) then it can be tracked for signature/receipt by the buyer. If it genuinely isn't received, then the seller or buyer can make the claim. Its usually best the seller does it as they have the original receipts.
Hope this is clear (and accurate). |
