eBay
im really annoyed! i bought some £15 eye serum for my mum off eBay which was being shipped from america. i payed for the item and never recieved it so i sent them a PM asking were it is. they said they sent me a PM telling me to pay more postage which they didn't! i had to buy my mum a present on her birthday hoping it would come in the morning. i opened a dispute on paypal and they're trying to make me pay their fees!

if you open a dispute Paypal award whoever and then you get the money back if they decided you win, and they can't make you pay the fees after that.
