Default When is a RUBS box not a RUBs box?

Must say i am not too impressed by some posters who advertise RUBs boxes that are no such thing and generally cheap £2.99 tack that crack up and fall apart without much semi rough manual handling.
RUBs is a registered trademark given to the better quality boxes that are reinforced by ribbing. Hence thay last much longer. So if it aint got RUB stamped on it it aint a RUB and should be advertised as a cheap plastic box.

Your right! I use the 32lt under bed ones which are actually bigger inside than rubs that size, its only because they have registered it as a brand name,
Any box that serves the purpose your using it for, is a Really Useful Box!.

Actually the use of capital letters makes it trademark I think..

Any box that serves the purpose of you using it is actually a really useful box..

slight difference..

Does that mean that every sugar-free cola-flavoured drink is a Diet Pepsi?

Really Useful Box is a brand name and a trademark. Unless the box was made and marketed by the company that holds the trademark under that brand name, it is NOT a Really Useful Box.

Now, if people wanted to call every plastic box that can be modified to house reptiles an "RUB" that's fair enough, the Really Useful Products company doesn't have that one trademarked... though I believe it's misleading.

If I buy something labelled as a "Really Useful Box" - or where it's IMPLIED it is a "Really Useful Box" - I expect to get something with "Really Useful Box" moulded into the plastic under one handle; I expect to get something with the clip-down locking handles; I expect to get something with the straight up and down sides that stack but do not nest.
