19 days from 3rd December?

You sure you got dates right?

If it was 3rd December, my claim would be well and truely opened by now.

Good Luck

Royal Mail won't accept a claim until after 15 working days from when the item was posted, which is Monday. Were you given a tracking number?

The OP had two accounts.
This site only permits one unless you also have a business account.

It's funny cos I liked the op, she was nice and friendly.

TBH the mail since Chrismas has been apauling especially with the bad wheather we had, We have been waiting for weeks for stuff to arrive off e-bay and evem Items weve posted have taken ages to arrive. There are some scammers out there though. I posted a wreck ornament to someone who won it off e-bay and this thing was boxed and packaged to the eye balls, it arrived within two days and he contacted us saying it was broken to peices? I of course sent an paypal refund but still havent received any photos of the broken ornament as requested?

last year i sold some snowboard boots, the buyer wanted me to post them to Lithuania but i told him i wouldn't send outside the UK. He asked to send them to a friends address, which i did by courier, and hours after i got an email telling me they'd been delivered and signed for, i got a message off him saying he was still waiting for delivery. I took great pleasure in messaging him back telling him where to find a copy of the signature.

After he'd had them sent to him in Lithuania he tried to tell me they were a size 9 and wanted me to refund him and then he'd send them back.. It was worth the negative feedback for not refunding him because he wouldn't send them back first... Especially when i checked his feedback a few days later and saw that he'd bought a pair of 11's
