There contact details on here are now blank, and the threads disappeared.

Ah............that would be the answer then. It was the thread about the foxes and the thread about all kinds of animals they were importing that I was looking for.

Didn't know there had been a ban. Perhaps that knowledge should be diseminated to the members in the interests of alerting anyone who had paid any money, and to put off any people who may try the same things.

Just a thought................anyway, what was the ban for?

Not sure of thw why's etc.. just say's 'banned' under his user name - hence why know he's banned.
You could ask Cmullins, i'm sure he'll know why.

if it's a secondary account it'll be banned for that reason... one account per person.

Well I did point out on the foxes thread that you mentioned that having two people posting on behalf of the company, even if it was two different people, was not in the interests of potential buyers. Some of the animals they're offering are for sizeable sums of money, and I know I'd want to be able to look back through ALL posts and feedback before paring with that much cash!

The advert was deleted but people need to keep ears to the ground to make sure mcmammals don't start again under a new name. They were dealing illegally and/or intended to and are being investigated by DEFRA.

They were already banned from my exotics forum and their animals never allowed to be traded there.

* They are not Balai registered as stated
* No pet shop licence
* No 'rabies' licence whatever one of those is
* Misidentifying animals advertised for sale
* Stealing photos for use on their website
* NO clue as to how to import animals advertised as being imported next month
* Advertised animals as not needing quarantine when they DID/ trying to import using pet passports for species that don't qualify
* Advertised animals as captive bred when wild caught
* Many people had requested their registered business address which was never forthcoming
* Animals marked as sold such as DWA Caimen were never actually sold but many animals were marked as sold in order to con people into thinking they were actually trading successfully


The list goes on

Sorry to make such a post - they might go straight for all I know but the fact is they are guilty of the above, its not just me making it up or making assumptions.

There are plenty of decent exotics keepers out there and its a shame to let activity like this spoil our hobby
