Default New cham cages

Due to my concerns in regards unsuitable housing being offered for Chameleons by many pet stores and also because of the recent news of the possible cessation of the EXO TERRA FLEXARIUM range. It occurred to me that it was about time that a suitable range of specific units be sourced for use by new and experienced Chameleon keepers and breeders.

As a result of my many contacts within the manufacturing industry in the Far East, I attempted to locate a suitable mesh cage unit. which would not only provide all the requirements of housing this species. but also to fit within appropriate price guidelines. Currently there seems to be a huge gap between the basic flexarium plus basic mesh cages on Ebay and the high end units created by Terry Thatcher..which undoubtably as excellent as they are..being realistic. tend to be financially.a major outlay if keen to maintain a first chameleon properly.

Chameleons have a particularly high maintenance regime..which despite being rewarding are financially the biggest issue..

Although it may well be acceptable to purchase "a set up" featuring the EXO TERRA glass units.for baby yemens..i am deeply concerned by the concept that it is acceptable to maintain eg an Adult Yemen in this sized unit.

So..after much negotiation and design/cost discussions I am happy to advise that I have arranged for a range of mesh cage units to be manufactured and launched under the brand name of KAMKAGE.
The first batch of units are currently being manufactured and boxed and will be available for sale shortly..they are in flatpack easy assemble construction. Aluminium framed with sturdy mesh walls &
ceiling/ They will feature a removable slide out base and secure double catch single door system. with a waterproof removable tray base
They will be available in the following sizes

SMALL 20"HIGH X 16" X 16"

MED 30"HIGH X 16" X16"

LARGE 36"HIGH X 18" X18"

X LARGE 48" X 24" X 24"

Before any official launch of these cages are made..samples will be sent to t UK chameleon breeders for a full review..based entirely on responses they will then..and only then..be made available.for sale.
At this time RFUK members will be able to purchase the initial shipment of cages at a promotional price of 20% off the normal cost.

At this time prices cannot be given..however...expect them to be excellent!

These units are of course suitable for many gecko species as well as others.

Once the cages are officially released they will then be available for order direct via our own website. but the initial discount offer will run for one month from time of launch date. All orders for cages to qualify for the discount must be via pm direct to me on RFUK at which point a paypal invoice will be sent.

Delivery will be within 5 days of payment recieved.

All cages will come with a 100% 14 DAY Moneyback/All expenses guarantee

The cages will be available in SILVER ALUMINIUM FRAME
and for a small extra cost
also available in RED or BLUE frame.

Discounts will be available for orders in excess of 2 units

Delivery will be via COURIER direct to door at a cost of £10 2-3day service

KAMKAGE...coming soon.

You won`t find them..mainly because they are not available elsewhere..to clarify..the KAMKAGE range won`t be available until approximately the end of March..as they are being constructed/packaged and i am currently negotiating the best freight method to allow the cages to be sold at an excellent end user price.

Once officially launched they will be obtainable either direct from the KAMKAGE shop website (under construction) or direct from the official UK distributor .(name to be announced at launch)

I know those cages well! ive got 4!..these cages are obviously of a similar type of construction..however these have more features.like a removable bottom tray and hinged access flap plusd better sizes giving more area and height. with the emphasis on height.

20"h x 15" x16"
30"h x16" x16"
36"h x 18" x 18"
48"h x 24" x24"

the prices will be as reasonable.

There is also a 2nd range of double door units which will also be part of the KAMKAGE range, but these are currently being developed.PICS TO FOLLOW SOON.

There is a removable tray at the base. however i am most likely going to arrange for a seperate perspex tray to be sold seperately which will have deeper sides . all in good time as they say!
