We will very soon be launching our new thermostats.

LAUNCH DATE 08/03/2010

These thermostats can control the following functions:

TEMPERATURE, pulse proportional (can choose between C or F)
HUMIDITY, monitors and controls the level of humidity, can control sprayer or misters.
LIGHTING, user programmable ON / OFF times
NIGHTDROP, when the lights go OFF the nightdrop function will activate and drop the temperature by the amount set by the user.

Other functions include:

TEMPERATURE, high or low alarm
HUMIDITY, high or low alarm

PROBE MONITORING, if the sensor probe fails it will alert the user and set the heater into a fail safe mode where it will set itself to the last known settings. this will keep the enclosure warm until the problem can be sorted.

COOL and BASKING thermometers built in, can see at a glance what the cool and basking temperatures are as well as the current ambient temperature and current Humidity level.


These units will retail for £145.

We need to know how many need to be made for the launch date so to reserve a thermostat then email with your name, contact number and required amount of units.

don't think so, not all anyway, some got vivs made in the end, but I believe the quality was questionable.

But yes I believe recs had thermorep as another idea, so it is likely he;'s trying something new.

Wonder if he'd show photos of these thermostats...

from what I remember reading the thermostat is not his design he is ripping off someone elses idea................cant remember where on here I read it.

i've seen a couple ad's pop up claiming the new big thing. i for one will be steering well clear of any new or un-recommended companies, after my dealings with recs.

my advise to everyone is be very careful!

Does sound just like the stat he was planning in the past that was basicly him nicking euroreps new stat!
If any one is reading this and is in touch with the copper dealing with recs forward this as it smells of him big time.
Anyone get any updates on recs?
