Default problems with purchasing off loobylou211

Hello again everyone i posted a thread on wed as i was in need of some glass runners, i was advised to message loobylou211. I did just this and she gave me a good price on runners and handles after answering all my questions and being quick to reply.i then sent payment via paypal to her on thursday as requested but after so she has not answered any ofmy emails i have sent asking if she has recieved payment and posted goods....Has anybody else had problems when dealing with her?

Why do people always assume they are being ripped off . You paid on Thursday, today is Saturday (that's 2 days). B4 asking if anyone has had problems from a member i would leave it at least 10 days then say something, not after only 2 days. Give the poor lass time to process the order & post it at least (some people only post stuff out once a week).

She has one of the highest positive feed backs I have seen on this site with no negetive so I think you are safe with purchasing off of her just be patient.

I've bought off looby and her service was good, quick and courteous... we even shared a bit of 'laughing chat' by e'mail.

If I was you I would give her a chance... we don't all spend all our waking hours trading and with our reps - most of us have a life outside of this that can sometimes crashing in and demand out attention NOW!!

I am hoping looby is ok, and that her life is all ok right now and she is just really busy... but please, please.... as the others have said - give her a chance before getting so uptight about it.

You should all back off a bit.

He wasnt accusing her of ripping him off, he merely stated that he hadnt heard back from her. I dont blame the guy for asking questions as i would be the same if all of a sudden i didnt hear back from someone once the payment had been made.

Hopefull she will get back to you soon!
Im sure its probably due to it being the weekend.

Thanks tiger, at least someone understood what i wrote.As i said in my initial message (her contact, service and replys were good and prompt) only after payment there has been no reply to the numerous emails i have sent her. I am entitled to know where my money has gone and was just asking for confirmation as to wether she had recieved it along with my contact details.

may i recomend that if someone buys something from a forum member then perhaps prior to sending payment request a contact telephone number so that should this sort of issue arrive your able to call and confirm payment has been received.
