You are not innocent just because they decided to take no further action. It just means that they felt it was a breach of Civil law, under breach of contract, rather than Criminal law under the statute of Fraud.
If anyone lost a lot of money to you, they should take out a civil action against you, after speaking to citizen's advice. If anyone paid you using their credit card, they should approach their credit card company, by writing a letter, challenging the charge to you as fraudulent. You know it was morally wrong and if you are having trouble paying them all back, then maybe try to pay them back in installments.

I'm just gobsmacked that the OP can have the cheek to come on here and gloat, when he ripped off so many people.
Shocking. But like the other poster I had a theft in my shop. My description and statement and a fingerprints match weren't enough to convince the CPS to bother charging the scum. Doesn't mean they weren't guillty as

Chris could you PM me your address? We have some unfinished business!! If any body knows where he is currently living I would be prepared to offer a substantial reward, as the last address at Tweed Street ,where he was living, he had unfortunately done another runner owing money before the bailiffs could serve the warrant on him regarding the £450 he owes me. I am prepared to pay £100 to anybody who provides a correct address which results in Chris Eagleton being served with the warrant and Mr Eagleton going to court and paying back my money.
