yeah..legal friend at his workplace, sounds like Andy picked the wrong women to mess about..., good to see folks not just accepting scammers and actively trying to get something done.

In his For Sale Ads - the postcode quoted is CW2 8RD, which is different from the two you have posted for his contact details.

Yes, this is another address on wistaston I have for him. Court summons sent there too! I'm pretty confident his place of residence is Allen Road as this is where he has stuff delivered too and the pictures of the house I've got a hold of tie up with various interior shots of his house from YouTube/facebook/bebo etc (people really should lock their profiles!)

Good for you - its almost "frightening" what you can find out about people, their homes, what they buy etc., but of course it doesn't really matter if you've got nothing to hide! He picked the wrong person to scam when he sold to you/your wife.

BTW best wishes to you and your wife! She'll need all the help you can give so don't spend too much time on here.

Oh what I've put on here is only scratching the surface. I have unearthed a *lot* more. I have sent him an email this morning giving him til the end of the day to pay up. I've agreed to cancel the county court proceedings if he does, as well as dropping all the other avenues. I'll be surprised if he pays up however.

And thanks for the kind words. This hasn't detracted from what's at the front of my mind at all, and I am very excited about the new addition arriving!

So he's said to two different people that is their viv. So it's clear at least one of you is being lied to. Those pictures are stripped of exif data unfortunately but I've sent them off to be analysed to see when they were taken and with what camera (a mate who does this for a job fortunately!) It will be interesting to see if he has just lifted that picture from somewhere, or it has been sent to him by someone else who built it. I know his pictures are taken with a Nokia 6303.

We know for a fact Andy is BCI because of this post here: 4 foot vivarium fully set up where he states his postcode and he is trying to buy vivs cheap, not building them.

And looking at this post: Viv Build! makes ones believe the aforementioned pictured viv was not built by Andy Plumpton! There is a huge difference in quality between the two vivs.

Also... this is where he lives: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...,89.94,,0,0.59 and the interior shots from various places (social networking etc) I've found tie up with this location, however photos he's sent to prospective 'customers' with pictures of their vivs do not match this location at all. One is most certainly not a flat as you can see a set of stairs. So claims that these are vivs he has just built at home for people are seemingly false.

Even if it did cost me, I would still do it, because to me now it's a matter of principle. However, I just happened to be talking to one of the guys at work and mentioned what happened while I was away and he was absolutely incensed at this guy and said he was taking on the case, and cleared it with his boss! I am putting that on hold however, and waiting to see if he comes up with the money from the court order I have sent through myself. I suspect your £40 + £40 was to get a solicitor to do it for you, whereas I am thankfully qualified to do it all myself, so it's only cost me £25 but that's been added on to the money Andy owes my wife. Sadly for him also is that the court will enforce interest charges which I've set at 8% per day. For every day that he doesn't pay up, the money he owes is going up and up.

The viv I bought was made to measure, and delivered, by someone totally different. I guess he just lifted the pic from elsewhere.
