Yes from him. Went under a different name but after a phone call to his brother I got hold of 'Jay' and he admitted to me he was Andy not Jay.

No but Paypal refunded me with £555 today and are taking proceedings against him and, I informally understand, informing the Police.

Very sad that someone like him undermines our trust in the Forum and he caught me at a time when I was really short of money too so I was in the position of having new snakes arriving and could not afford to house them.


Anyway, Darren at CPR and Mark at Croydon Reptiles gave me extra discounts and good payment terms on the stuff I had to buy quickly to accommoodate my new stock so everone chipped in a bit and I got through it and I can now pay them back for their kindness.

Thanks for all your help.

Your replies and information provided really helped me bring this sorry episode to a close.

What a waste of time-what a sad little crook of a man.



If anyone else has a problem with this scammer let me know as I have a large file on him now.
