at it again on preloved

ive been nosying round on preloved an a couple of ads caught my eye,so i had a gander an noticed 3 were from the same person,now what concerns me is 2 are for snakes an 1 is for taking on free reptiles,my other concern is have these people taken on the 2 snakes for free amn selling them at a good profit.

as i dont want to buy them an then down the line there be problems with it cos they hadnt had it checked by a vet.ive stupidly done this mistake twice with lizards an 1 died within 3 days of buying it an the other had m.b.d which i still have.ive also bought a boa in the past which had salmonella,it cost an absolute fortune to pay for cleaning equipment,fluids an all new logs an the rest that needed replacing.

so i think iam just gonna warn people of a person by the name of LUSHLILY from st helens,just in case the above could happen to you.IF YOU WANT TO RE-HOME YOUR REPTILE THERE ARE GENUINE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO RE-HOME FOR LIFE,OR PLENTY OF RE-HOMING CENTRES.

not seen the ad but i bet any money its the same guy that used to do stuff like that when we live in st helens. There is 2 of them that are in cohoots together.
one lives on the estate just off the E lancs and the other one in town i think. I caught them out many times

wasnt lushlily on this forum a few weeks ago?

her partner was also a new member, offering to take on different reptiles.

and they ended up getting banned for making thread after thread after thread in the snake section.

have a quick scan around, there was abit of uproar about them.

i never trust anyone putting up ads to take on unwanted reptiles.

If people want to rehome, they will put the ad up.

a REAL rescue will have some sort of organisational status, such as charitable status.

i know of this guy i breed beardies and he wanted to take all my (no longer needed females) these are the ones we dont breed from anymore at a silly price but i sent him packing i keep all my dragons for ever because they are my pets the breeding just helps to feed them.

yeah defo the same people,just read through her and her BFs posts. They big up a shitty shop i know they visit and mention expensive fish which they have.

Stay well well clear, he sells on any rescues he gets saying he bought them and he GF dont want them in the house etc. I caught him out with one couple years back coz managed to track own where he rescued it from an they confirmed it. He also had a mate that was doing the same thing and he blagged on him one day to me.

There are four or five so called rescuers down here where I live ,funny thing is they can only take small snakes like corns and royals and small lizards.All the nationwide rescues such as Proteus and the RSPCA etc are inundated with Iggys Monitors and Pythons ,and they dont have room for them,They are the very reptiles that really need rescuing
