Default Sorry for delays with orders - VOLLY

Hi All,

I just want to take this opportunity to apologise to all my customers who have been waiting for thier orders to be completed and others who have been waiting for me to reply to PM's and emails e.t.c.

Without going into too much detail, I have had a massive upheaval with my home life and personal circumstances recently which has in turn affected my business and set me back by a number of weeks.

I am not taking any more orders for the time being until I get things straight properly here and up to speed again.

ALL orders that have already been placed and I have recieved payments for will be completed as promised but please expect a delay.

If anyone would like to know in more detail what has happened, please feel free to call me on 07756 967049 and I will explain everything.
It's not really something that I want to broadcast on an open forum.

Any enquiries or updates that anyone would like, please call me on the same number.

My internet access is VERY limited at the moment so it will be quicker for you to contact me by phone.

I would just like to re-assure people that this is in NO WAY a financial problem as with a previous member on here many moons ago but merely one of life's little hurdles that get thrown at you from time to time.

Hmmm could be a plan because a text and PM of mine have gone unanswered too. I know he's got lots on.

Before I get shot down - not criticising Volly, I know his stuff is worth waiting for but I have a fast growing dragon in a mis-sold viv [sigh, pet shops] and he's getting grumpier by the day

No Problems Andy, anyone who knows you will understand and to those who don't, Volly is well worth waiting for (his work is second to none and he is a wonderfully honest and friendly guy!) and his 'upheaval' is very much out of his control and has understandably taken centre stage, be assured he is such a lovely bloke that any lack of response or messing about, really isn't his intention or to be honest his fault right now, please just bear with him for the mo and let him get his stuff sorted, you really won't regret it.
Really hope all is getting better for you love, fingers crossed!

Come on volly, have been trying to contact you but no answer via pm or tel. Getting fed up waiting promises that dont come through - you said you would refund me this week, and i still havent received a refund!?

I would be greatful if you could do it asap, as you were quick enough to take my money. thanks
