You might want to mention if they are registered and health tested and their show records

I'd love to see some pictures of your Silver pug too. In my years involved in pugs i have yet to see a true silver UK pug so if you can post some i'd be very grateful!

(P.S. Sorry for going off topic )

If you 'rescued' them then you shouldn't be offering them for stud surely?

Which rescue organisation did you get them through?

Sorry if you disagree but I just think it's totally unethical to breed from rescue animals.
I'm also presuming you are asking a stud fee so therefore you would gaining financially from them as well!!!!

I am horrified but sadly not amazed that someone rescues animals, then sets about using them to make themselves some money, especially as they are probably not pure bred, have not been checked for hereditary problems, aren't KC registered etc. What sort of rescue centre would allow someone to use their adopted animals in this way? Certainly none that I know of.

you bred a litter of pugs and are advertising your dog at stud=you are a breeder.

I used to breed Sibes, not rescues, they were health tested and purchased from good breeders who knew I was intending to breed them.

At no time did I have any financial gain from the few litters I bred.
When I bred them they weren't going for pennies like they do now though and I still didn't make any profit, not that that was why I bred them, I wanted to breed my own show lies and hae the experience of showing a puppy I had bred.

I also had two rescue boys, that were papered and in excellent health, I would never have used either on my bitches as they were 'just that' 'RESCUES'. They had not even been badly treated really just been in unknowledgable homes so needed someone who knew what they were doing.

As for you not wanting money, that would be silly you would end up with tons on pug owners after a 'freebie', the issue is not really the money end of things it's the 'breeding of rescues' that gets peoples back up without health tests etc.
You are asking for a stud fee in one of your threads so obviously you do want some money.

Why not just get him neutered, if you're on benefits you get it done for £30, so that is only £60 for the two boys to be happier pets for you.
If you use them there is a tendency to for their attitude toward each other to change. It makes a big difference if you have two 'working' stud boys together.
