Default Cats to rehome, urgent.

This advert is on behalf of my brother (who quite frankly, I could punch for this)

Because, and in his own words... "Just had enough of um got 2 many lol"
He is rehoming:
"Ginge" male ginger tom, approx 18 months, neutered.
"Joey" male blue and white, approx 10 months old, neutered.
"princess" female black cat, very small, approx 18 months+ (I don't know exactly how old) NOT neutered.
"Baby" female tabby and white, under a year old, NOT neutered
"Stripes" male, neutered, no idea how old or what he looks likes, i've never seen him.
These 5 are free to good homes. There is a possibility that Princess and Baby might be pregnant
Also:
"Gracie" female, neutered tabby persian of unknown age. He wants £50 and I can't talk him out of asking for money for her.
I suggested the Cats protection league and the RSPCA but was ignored.
His exact words were: "if they want 1 they can just pop round n il round them up n they can pick who they want lol"
Frankly I'm disgusted by this, unfortunately I cannot take any in myself, but would like to see them go to good, LIFELONG homes. Though if anyone who does rehome them encounters problems where they can no longer keep them I will do my best to help you out.
I realise this is a long shot, and may induce a flame war, but i just want to pick up after my brother and only want the best for these cats.
Any questions I will get back to you ASAP.
Thanks for looking.

Edited to add, they have been wormed and frontlined. I doubt that they have been vaccinated.

I really wish I was closer as I would of taken one or two on, especially the girls, is their anyway of finding out if they are pregnant for definate as it would be really unfair on them to have a stressful move if they are.

He says he's certain that Princess is pregnant, but as for Baby, she's very small anyway and just started to put weight on. He's only had Baby of couple of weeks. I personally don't think she's pregnant but if she is it is only just. I think a vet would be needed to confirm it but I know he wont take her.
Ginge and Princess have been moved from pillar to post several times in their life so far. Of the top of my head I can say that apart from leaving the place they were born in, they have each had 6 homes already. Not sure about the other ones.
I know he's keeping two of his cats, a neutured female tortie and a blue un neutured female...who is heavily pregnant. I am wondering if he's getting rid of the older cats to make room for the kittens
He had an RSPCA officer around last week, but he said that she was happy about the amount of cats he had, and how they were looked after (but only after she made him go through each one of their names, ages, colour etc)...I'm not so sure he told me the truth now.

So I'll remove the cause, but not the symptom.

Looking for an Eastern Indigo Snake if any one can help? No preference to sex.

Update to add:
Princess has been rehomed as far as I am aware, through someone my brother knows, I can only hope it's with someone sensible.
The others are still available though to the best of my knowledge.
If it helps anyone I can possibly foster one or two of them for a couple of weeks TOPS, I say this because I already have quite a few cats myself and they are not too impressed when anotherone joins the ranks. Plus, I can't really afford anymore at the moment. But if by me fostering for a few weeks gives someone an opportunity to come here to collect etc then so be it.

I could maybe get them to you for petrol costs, unsure of when though as I'd have to bully a friend into it lol
