SE England Tenrec for sale! (buckinghamshire)

presumed female (by breeder) lesser hedgehog Tenrec for sale, this girl is gorgeous! the pics really seem to take away their cuteness! lol...she is one of last years babies, and she is just starting to come out of estevation ( similar to hibernation) these guys are easy to keep all they require is an ambient temperature of low 80`s f during the day and can drop to room temps in the night (as long as nioot too cold!), they are from madagascar for those who dont know, a forest type set up is preferred and a low output UV is also beneficial, they are mostly insectivorous and take a wide range of foods, including mealworms, crickets, roaches and so on...they will also eat some vegetable matter and a bit of fruit now and then...they may look like hedgehogs but they are very different! extremely arboreal, much more docile and IMO much more interesting...you dont see these for sale often at all! i can supply her with a vivarium that will house her for life, and will include a hide and some pieces of wood that she likes to climb on, plus a water and food dish...for her on her own i am asking what i paid which is £150 or with her viv (you will need to supply UV and heating yourself) i am asking £180.


i will not sell to just anyone! and you must have done your research and know how to cater for her needs...pick up from SL9 9LG (wont courier) anyway here are a few pics.







as i say, you really need to see these guys in the flesh and hold them to realise just how lovely they are! teh only reason i am selling is that i want to concentrate on the snakes more so feel she deserves more time than i can give her.
