licences for cites listed reptiles appendix 2

how do i get a licence to buy cites listed apendix two species from the Hamm reptile show ?? its just 4 or 5 specimins of leaf tail geckos for my own private collection?? do i actually need one for this or is it only for traders ???

Slightly wrong section - I don't think leaf-tails are known for being particularly dangerous (except, I suppose, phantasticus have a reputation in their native land...)

As far as I understand it you are required to obtain proof that they are captive bred, for movement within the EU.

I don't think you need to apply for anything else - but hopefully somebody else can confirm.
