Default conservation/work abroad with hots... help would be appreciated :)

To cut a long story short, next year around April time I'm planning on doing some work abroad with reptiles. More specifically venomous snakes.

I would love to go to the states and work with their wildlife, purely because its so diverse and its always fascinated me.

If anyone knows of any sites or groups etc that would be able to point me in the right direction that would be amazing, I've spent hours looking online but I can't seem to find many at all?!

Jade

South Africa Reptile Park Volunteers

Trip code: SARP

A must for anyone who is passionate about reptiles and arachnids, and wants to get hands on with a wide range of these species. Work with variety of reptile species, from Black and Green Mambas, Rock Pythons, and Vipers to Baboon Spiders, Scorpions and the rare Leopard Tortoise. Your working day will vary considerably, from cleaning enclosures and showing tourists around the park, to carrying out vivisections, rescues and the design and construction of new enclosures.

Vivisections????????

Before you insult the poor company any further.... a vivisection is research using living tissue, post mortem is using dead tissue.

vivisection
–noun 1.the action of cutting into or dissecting a living body.2.the practice of subjecting living animals to cutting operations, esp. in order to advance physiological and pathological knowledge.
