actual reptile enclosure is internal 46wx26hx16d
the shelf compartment is 46wx18hx16d
with a 4 inch skirting around bottom of unit all measurments are in inchs


Also, it says essex and pick up only so if you don't live around there or are willing to travel then its not for you... As disappointing as that was for me to read!

this is a home made vivarium, its made out of mdf, and has been yacht varnished inside to water proof it, it has a white satin finished exterior that does need a rub down and re paint, has marks and small chips in paintwork
inside has 4mm glass on bottom and 1/4 way up sides of viv for added protection,
has a shelf underneath that has boed but can easily be replaced or removed
its pre drilled for heater and light fitting but they are not included
it has 6mm glass doors on plastic white runners
