I just thought I would give them a mention,I ordered 3 exo terra vivs from them on monday and they arrived tuesday,they were very well packed but when I opened them one was broken,I called them the next day but they had none of that size left in stock,they said they would ring me back and let me know how soon thet could get one for me,they rang back straight away and said they could get one to me next wednesday or I could have a refund also they did not want the broken one back and said I could do what I wanted with it,I think this is very good service.The vivs were almost as cheap as second hand with free delivery,no more driving here and there to collect,great service,cheap prices,good communication and I get a 45x45x60 for almost free when I have bought a sheet of glass.

I have to admit, these guys do offer a great service.
I bought my last 2 vivs from them, and they both arrived within 2 days in excellent condition. The free delivery was the icing on the cake!

Got to 3rd that, ordered Tuesday, arrived yesterday...brilliant!

Not too far away from me so I actually popped along and bought a big 60x60x60 exo terra when I needed it. Great service. Got loads of other things including a faulty heat mat (heat mats can be a bit funny can't they?) and they changed it for a brand new one with no questions asked.

Oh, and for the others who have visited: DID YOU SEE THOSE FISH?
