Yes I bought a filter from them, and have recommended them to lots of other people who have also bought filters from them (cheapest place for Eheim filters!), their service is as good as their prices, delivery typically 3 days by courier from Germany.
One guy had a filter arrive broken and they replaced it within a few days.

i have yes but only for dog food amazing servise it came well sealed and y curiour would use again!
