repti basking spotlights

Hi,
I am thinking of buying a zoo med 150w repti basking spotlight for my 4ftx2ftx2ft beardie viv as my ordinary 100w spot cant raise the ambient temperatures high enough.

Does anyone use these basking lamps and are they any good?
