im gonna transform my leo viv into a beardy viv but what will i need to get me up and running and a ruff price would be nice thanks

I'm no expert on beardies but i do keep geckos and environment wise i think they're fairly similar. (Hot, quite dry, rocky...) As for exact temperatures, humidities, diet, give it 5 minutes and you'll probably have 100 beardy keepers replying to you!

One thing i can tell you though is that beardies are a hell of a alot bigger than geckos so i would be thinking about replacing rather than transforming.

They're proper mental at that age! I remember them in the shop when i got my first gecko. Nearly bought one but then my missus saw how big they got and said no! Boooo...

I don't think you'll need to change too much if you've already got lighting etc set up for geckos but i'm sure you'll get some useful replies pretty quickly.

There's quite a few beardy set ups and vivariums in the nabitat section as well that might be worth a look. Good luck!

i was in the same boat went into the shop to have a look my mises said she olny wanted somthing small so got a leo and she saw a beardy and shit her self but shes getting braver ha ha

beardies are diffrent from geckos, geckos use heat mats beardies dont.
For a beardie you 1. a uv strip that meassures the whole Width of the viv
2. you will also need a spot light for heat which needs to be on a stat
