Default Heating and Fire?

I was just wondering today about the chances of vivariums causing a fire.

I mean it gets pretty hot in there and with wood / branches in there and paper for a substrate could it catch fire?

Not meaning to scare anyone but never really seen anything about it.

No one? I thought it was quite a serious but good topic to discuss or not?
