Mega Ray Bulbs Problems

Hi there,

I use 2 Mega Ray bulbs in my 7fth x 4ftw x 3ftd viv and the screw thread on them keeps corroding after a few months. I have had one replaced under warranty already and that same bulb has gone again in the space of 4 months. I'm going to email reptile keeping in a bit to see what they say about it.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this problem and how have you solved it. At £60 a bulb every few months it's getting very expensive.

Excuse me for chipping in here, we are the UK distributors !

Those sockets are a Brass socket so corrosion should not be an issue.

I would like to see your bulb if in can ?
